A Smartly Planned CA Office for Growing Teams

This project was designed for a growing CA office where the main requirement was to achieve maximum seating within the available space. The brief was clear create a professional work environment that could accommodate more team members without feeling crowded. We planned the layout carefully, focusing on efficient circulation and smart zoning. The conference room was designed to double up as a private cabin when required, helping optimize space usage. A compact reception with an attached waiting and meeting area was created to maintain a formal front office. Fire-rated partitions were introduced between different teams to ensure safety and structured working. The server area was planned along the ledge wall, allowing space for a small cafeteria below. The final outcome was a well-organized CA office that supports productivity, growth, and smooth daily operations.
